agent for the seller and we are not responsible for any default relating
to the transaction by the buyer or seller.

Subsequently, we will ship the item(s) to the winning bidder.

When submitting the goods
for sale, the seller confirms that (s)he is the true owner of the item(s),
or has the express permission to sell the item(s) by the true owner, and
is free from any third party claim to the item(s). The seller will
indemnify us for any loss or damages due to any breach of the
aforementioned condition.

The seller must confirm
whether (s)he is a private individual or is acting on behalf of a
business. If the seller is indeed acting on behalf of a business, then
we must be notified of a VAT registration number, if applicable.

We reserve the right to
cancel bids, to combine or divide lots, to withdraw items from auction
or to re-list items at any time as we see fit.

We cannot be held
responsible for the truthfulness or otherwise of any statement or
description the seller provides relating to the age, origins, features
and authenticity of any item.

We will release funds to
the seller from the sale of a lot up to 10 days after the buyer receives
the item, in order that any potential problems can be resolved. Proceeds
received by the seller will be the final sale price minus our fees and
commissions, as detailed in the Fees page.

We will only sell to the
highest bidder unless there is a dispute, or the highest bidder defaults
on the transaction, in which case we will consult the seller and advise
as to whether the lot should be re-listed or sold to the second highest
bidder.

Items that fail to sell
and aren't re-listed must be collected from us 14 days after the end of
the auction. Uncollected items will be donated to a charity of our
choice once this period has elapsed.

We will hold sufficient
customer information electronically, in order that we can transact
business smoothly and efficiently with the customer. We will only share
this information in the event of a dispute or if required to by law.
